Hi, I’m Vicky – a professional wedding photographer based in East Yorkshire, but I travel all over. With over 12 years of experience capturing real, honest, and joy-filled moments. I specialise in natural, documentary-style wedding photography that tells the true story of your day – no awkward poses, just genuine emotion and beautiful, candid moments.
I’m incredibly proud to have won a This is Reportage award in 2023, a recognition that celebrates exactly what I love most – authentic, storytelling photography. My goal is always to create relaxed, timeless images that reflect the real you and the unique atmosphere of your wedding day.
Before diving into weddings, I trained and worked in portrait studios, gaining formal qualifications and hands-on experience that shaped the way I shoot today. But it’s the hundreds of weddings I’ve photographed since starting my business that have truly honed my skills – helping me anticipate those once-in-a-lifetime moments and blend into the day like a guest with a camera.
When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m usually chasing after my two young kids (aged 8 and 5), along with our two mischievous miniature Dachshunds. Life is full, fun, and fast – a bit like a wedding day!

I absolutely love weddings – always have! I got married myself back in 2011, and it really was one of the best days of my life. Whether I’m attending as a guest, or capturing the magic behind the camera, I just can’t get enough of them.
Fun fact: our first dance was to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” – but the epic Muse version. Big tune!
After a full day of photographing a wedding, there’s nothing better than kicking off my shoes, putting my feet up, and enjoying a well-earned glass of wine (or two). I’m also a big music lover and a massive fan of music festivals – Glastonbury is my absolute favourite. I haven’t been in a while since becoming a mum, but I’m counting down the days until I go back!
